How Lunelle's intelligence works, and where it stops.
1The intelligence is Lunelle
There is no separate chatbot and no AI persona. When Lunelle explains something, that is simply Lunelle — one calm, consistent voice.
2What it does
Lunelle's intelligence helps explain, clarify and personalize. It aims to make the complex feel clear and to leave you a little more confident.
3What it never does
It does not diagnose. It does not pretend certainty. When it is unsure, it will say so, and it will gently point you to your healthcare team.
4Educational only
AI explanations are educational and may occasionally be incorrect or incomplete. Always confirm anything important with a qualified professional.
5Your information and AI
AI features use your information only to support you, in line with the Privacy Policy. Your data is not used to train AI models. Explanations are generated in context and are not stored beyond your device unless you have an account with cloud backup enabled.
6Transparency
Lunelle will always be clear about what it knows, how it calculated something, and how confident it is. Confidence reflects data completeness, not certainty — and it is always explained, never an unexplained number.
