Consent Policy

You choose what you share, always.

1How Lunelle asks for consent

Lunelle never collects information without your knowledge. During your first visit, you are asked to read and accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy before using the app. This acceptance is recorded locally on your device.

2What your initial acceptance covers

By accepting the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, you consent to Lunelle storing your journey information, check-ins, health logs, and uploaded reports on your device, and using this information solely to personalize your experience.

3Account consent (when applicable)

If you choose to create an account, you will be asked to consent separately to: the collection of your email address for authentication and recovery; the encrypted cloud backup of your app data; and the processing of your account data as described in the Privacy Policy. Account creation is never required.

4Consent for future features

If Lunelle adds features that require new types of information or new ways of using your information, we will ask for your consent before enabling them. We will explain what is changing and why, and you will be able to decline.

5Withdrawing consent

You may withdraw consent at any time. For app data, you can delete individual entries or clear all data from within the app. For account data, you can delete your account, which permanently removes all cloud-stored data. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing performed before withdrawal.

6Consent for minors

Lunelle is intended for adults. If applicable law requires parental consent for users under a certain age, Lunelle will comply with those requirements.

7Record of consent

Lunelle records the date and version of each legal document you accept. If a document is updated, you will be shown what changed and asked to accept the new version before continuing. Your acceptance history is available under Me > Legal.

8Changes to this policy

If our consent practices change, we will update this policy and notify you through the app's legal version update flow.
